Apparently people over in Korea have a hard time getting the half/half measure all wrong when cooking their everyday meals. The funny thing is that this was the only explanation I could come up with for these queer balancing bowls. I mean I know a lot of people who love to stick to their measuring cups and a few who even have digital scales to get their measures just right, but using a balancing bowl is just one step too many towards the therapy chair for me. Besides I really don’t see how you can achieve the perfect mix with the help of this thing, especially if you’re supposed to not mix the two ingredients you’ve just measures immediately.
