Wandering what’s pictured above? What if I tell you that it’s a TV remote? Designer Jo Szczepanska keeping in mind the problems faced by the elderly women while changing the channel has popped up with a soft TV remote. In old age, elderly people face problems like memory loss, arthritis and loneliness. The Iris Remote is designed specifically for the elderly women who are single or widowed suffering from physical problems because it becomes really difficult for them to hold the remote in their hands to change the channel. The remote not only looks cool but is made of soft malleable materials that make surfing easy. Each button of the remote is easily distinguishable by touch. In all the design of the remote is such that it’s easy to pick and hold in hands even for people suffering from arthritis.
