What’s Different?
Alkeo is a conceptual device, consorted with a strong polycarbonate cutting board. It’s essentially meant to disinfect your cutting board. The mechanism is also very simple. After you are done with chopping and slicing, all you need to do is push the cutting board through the slot on the Alkeo. Now, it’s all upon the germicidal UV lamp to flush various bacteria or viruses out. Once the product is available in the market, it might, in fact, work fine for its ability to purge the infections out of your kitchen.
