There’s nothing like getting a little mechanical help in the kitchen to make life better for you after a long day at work. This kitchen concept created by Emanuel Gargano and Marco Fagioli is inspired by craftsmen and workshops and features a large central “island” fitted with a motorized integrated cabinet that can be used to house all your kitchen essentials like utensils as well as your fav entertainment gizmos like DVD or CD players. The Anima kitchen aims mainly at making the cooking experience as much fun as possible for the users by incorporating a mechanism within the design that can be lifted to reveal all the utensils used in the food preparation process, kinda like a handyman’s tool kit. The clean unobstructed view of the kitchen’s front adds to the spic-n-span glamour of the concept as the design features a vertical beveled edge on the top of each door in place of the regular protruding metal handles lending the kitchen a very clean look. A large workspace allows free movement within the setup which is great for those who like to move about, dance around and have a lot of things cooking and prepping at the same time like I do. All in all a great kitchen design for those who like to surround themselves with the magic of the mechanical world.
