The LCD HDTV market is known for its cut-throat competition. And making a strong contention for the top spot, ViewSonic has announced the launch of a whopping ten new sets at the ongoing CES 2008 in Las Vegas. The 30 Series will feature three new sets in 15.6, 19 and 22 inch sizes with 1,366 x 768, 1,440 x 900, and 1,680 x 1,050 resolutions respectively. Offering a response time as low as 5ms and 2,400 dynamic contrast ratio, these new units are undoubtedly aimed at the secondary TV and/or PC monitor customers. With ViewSonic, sound and picture quality are expected to be matchless and we just hope these new units can live upto the company’s name.
