The buBbLe Prototype is an innovation in convenient housing. It is the result of combined effort of M.MAS.A Arcquitectos and artist architect Cripiano Chas. A temporary house, it is good enough to be packed and transported by any means. But, it’s convenient packable characteristic doesn’t mean that you will not get the basic comforts, it provides all that. Right now, the prototype consists of a starter kit that accommodates a two day stay. The kit also has various other accessories that are suitable for a longer stay.
A light weight plastic bubble skin with 2x2x2 meter cube is contained within a compact metal locker. The plastic bubble skin is put on a drop down aluminum frame. The walls of this cubic house have an insulating chamber, having the appetite for any material. buBble not only provides an alternative storage, but also provides a manipulating power of external conditions with the help of an insulating chamber. And, if we describe it as a complete house, it will not be wrong, as it has a water hookup, a small kitchen, laundry and lighting as well.
