Ever thought of bringing the street furniture home? Well, New Barcelona design studio, “Emotion Lab” is here with something to leave you dazed. You actually have street furniture in your den, not literally! Inspired by street furniture, Tom Allen, Marta Falcón, Christian Vivanco and Yago Rodríguez have come up with Inside Urban that comprises of a lamp modeled on the mirrors that allow motorists to see around corners, a coat hanger inspired by an antenna, a room divider resembling a traffic barrier and shelving that looks like scaffolding.
The Mirror light: A playful ambient light amplifying the room space gives a fresh perspective to the people at the very first glimpse.
Antenna hanger allows you to stick your coats scarf, hat or umbrella on its removable hangers.
Scaffold shelving: Drawing inspiration from the mobile constructions, it’s an innovative floor to ceiling storage that’s adaptable, adjustable to meet your needs.
Room Cone: Inspired by the road cones that communicate with people around viz ‘don’t step here’, ‘walk that way’, ‘be careful’ room cones let you arrange some snacks around the base during parties or store your keys when you get home.
