Designer Fevzi Caraman had won a prize for his kitchen cupboard ‘silverline’ as a student contestant. And not really undeserved, that too. The Kitchen Design you see in the picture above proves that well beyond doubt. What is the first thing that strikes you when you look at this modular kitchen for the first time? In all probability, your answer is ‘the apple green color’. It truly poses a striking contrast to the off-white of the rest of its body and the white chairs. This platform is used to keep bottles, utensils etc. or as a cooking/serving table.
There is more to the Kitchen Design that meets the eye. The green platform can actually be pushed back to reveal a sink and, I believe, a burner. Also, shelves remain hidden in this compact piece of furniture, waiting to be pulled out and used to store stuff. These hidden parts are mostly grayish black, very sophisticated.
