Time for some good news! Sky has announced the launch of the UK’s first 3D channel next year. The channel will offer a broad selection of the best available 3D programming including movies, entertainment and sports. Customers with a Sky+ HD box will be able to receive the transmissions, however, to watch in 3D, the customers will have to buy a “3D Ready” TV, and wear the appropriate eyewear. No word on timing, pricing or packaging yet. Really anxious to know when will this one hit the market shelves!
