Well, the Swash by Sydney-based University of Technology student Alexandra Gilmour is the first sustainable self-sufficient dishwasher which cleans and sterilizes your dishes using steam and nanotechnology to filter the dish water, allowing for less water usage and the recycling of said water. It eliminates the need for detergent and also has a water reservoir and nano-filtration system, enabling the water supply to be continually purified and reused.
