‘Uno o nessuno’ table: Dining harmoniously & sophisticatedly

“Uno o nessuno” is an Italian phrase, which means “one or no one”. The ordinary looking table pictured above is not what you call run of the mill or a part of the humdrum. Creating interaction between people dining, this table lets gives them the pleasure of harmonization. Designed by Stefano Merlo in collaboration with Claudia Taddia, the “Uno o nessuno” table allows one person at a time to eat! Yes, you read it correct! Underneath the table, a mechanism of wire and weights links all the objects to each other. When one person picks up the knife/spoon or anything, the mechanism prevents the other person to do the same action thereby creating an interaction. Personally, I love it!
