Fluidity dish rack planter lets you own a mini kitchen garden

Growing herbs in the kitchen is nothing new, but giving this a touch of exquisiteness is a Milan based design studio named DesignLibero. Combining the love of growing small plants in the kitchen with a simple looking dish drying rack is Fluidity, which comes smothered in a fresh appeal.

Fluidity dish rack planter

Fluidity will be a perfect addition to a small kitchen where one always struggles for some extra space and hence has to drop out various items just to make the area look less cluttered. The plain dish drying rack will unfurl a perfect environment to grow fresh herbs as well as small plants in an all new way. This will save space as well as money because buying additional pots will take a backseat. The rack in the design comes attached with a small planter that doesn’t need watering. Instead, it conveniently used the water that trickles down from wet dishes as they dry on the rack, making it one clever design.

The base has been blessed with a fluid form that encourages water to flow towards the plant containers. Each container has a perforated bottom that allows easy water passage. Coconut fiber and clay pellets are stuffed into these containers, which control the water environment as well as keep the base of the dish drainer clean. So, if you love to grow your own herbs in the kitchen but a tight space stopped you from doing so, then all you need is the Fluidity.
