Liquid Sunshine by Joseph Henney integrates treatment of Seasonal Affective Disorders into a common morning activity called showering. This shower has an internal turbine that is driven by household water pressure. This turbine powers blue wavelength LEDs and as it happens, the person taking shower is bathed not only in water, but also light.
