The moment the bulb is lit, the heat liquefies the soya oil — and it eventually becomes translucent giving out calm and warm light. Turning off the lamp will again solidify the oil. I feel, possessing this ‘Slow Glow’ is a good way of saving energy as well as serve the purpose of brightly lighting up the interiors.
