Overview:
English design firm Troika has come up with a chandelier, made up of eight illuminating mechanical structures, known as “Thixotropes”. These suspended systems are fantastic fusion of technology and art, and explore the dominion in which rational observations interconnect with the metaphysical and weird, to create warmth.
What’s unique?
All these structures are a composition of angular geometric forms with intersections, shaped with bending rows of LEDs. The structures turn up the path of the light by rotating on their own axis and breaking up the spinning structures into compositions of spheres, aerial cones and bands of warm and cold light, while giving shape to a non geometrical construction.
