Xzis by Yeo Wei Ming is a highly flexible structure, owing to its simple design and structure, which means it can be manufactured from number of materials. As it appears, it can be easily assembled and will use less space too when you want to store it. Its through the strategically placed slots and notches, interlocking and securing with the table top that a stable structure is formed. The legs create a X shape, which is visible in the center of the table reveal how the table is created. To make it a whole no adhesives or extra fasteners are required. Made with single plane of laminated wood, it has won accolades in Singapore Furniture Design Awards by bagging the Honorable mention in the Student’s Category.
