A clock that syncs with web and even your home automation system

It is not everyday that things like these are born. Brain child of Northeastern University’s students, the dynamically programmable alarm clock or as we say, DPAC not only tells you the time, but also syncs in with your google calendar to set alarm. Well, this is not the only thing that everyone is going gaga about. Just in case you are getting too late to switch on the TV to get the traffic or weather information, the clock can do all that as well. And, if this does not fill your appetite, it can also integrate with your home-automation system, so that it not only turns on the lights, but also opens the blinds and starts your coffee maker. The cherry that tops this techie-shly cool clock is that it can be configured using a web interface and not to forget that it packs in itself the built-n FM radio and an iPod dock. A complete package, as I would call it.
