Designed by Vasundhara Parakh, Catalyst is a cooking appliance that comes packed with all the things that are important. It has been especially designed while keeping in mind the Indian market. It consists of a hood, microwave, oven, cook-top and a fryer. The induction cooking plate slides to reveal the fryer, as in Indian cooking frying plays a very important role. The hood, which also happens to be the oven captures all the vapors while the cooking is being done. Hmmm…so, it seems to be quite compact and an efficient design, not so complicated for complicated Indian cooking.
