Designed by Dennis Chang, eva2o is countertop unit that can be used to cool the foods naturally, just with the help of water. This unit is double walled with earthenware body and rotating glass lid. It can only be operated with the input of water in the chamber. As the moisture passes through the earthen walls, the heat is pulled away form the food in the unit, which leaves a cooled interior. You can use the unit for various types of foods and vegetables. It will also encourage the timely consumption of all your fruits, as it will be right in front of eyes. You can fill the water in the unit through the funnel that distributes the water in between the dish layers. The wooden float within the sprout indicates the water level and cleaning is also facilitated with the help of break in ripple pattern.
