Eelectric coffee maker

With the progress in time, the world is becoming more and more vigilant towards nature and to protect it, is leaning towards the use of more and more eco-friendly products. The eco friendly products not only save energy but also help in personal savings of a person. Often one does not notice how the use of the electrical appliances like coffee makers form a big share of the electricity bill. Growing awareness of this fact too is leading the people to lean towards energy saving appliances. In today’s race of eco-friendly products, our coffee maker is not far behind.

Russian designer Alexander Yakushin has conceptualised one such eco-friendly coffee maker. Contrary to the other drab looking eco-friendly electrical appliances, this is a stylish looking coffee maker with a stainless steel exterior and geometrical curves. You will be surprised to know that the interior of this coffee maker is geometrically shaped as well. Yakushin’s coffee maker is composed of a series of geometrical shapes each of which is designed to perform a specific function.

It has capuccino, espresso, water and on/off keys on the top which make your choice of coffee quickly There is a button on the handle which separates the tank from the hull. The water tank has a capacity of three liters so you will never run out of water when you need it the most. Most of the elements of this coffee maker can be slid in and out thus saving space in the kitchen. For example, the drip tray can be extended to prevent any mess. You can adjust its angle as well as push it back in if you don’t need it. So, both small and big kitchens alike can find a space for this gadget.

The gadget looks as well as feels luxurious. Apart from saving energy, it also saves space and time. This is established by the use of capsules filled with ground coffee which makes them easier to move. The capsules containing ground coffee are inserted through the opening at the top. The used capsules are removed automatically which saves not only time but effort as well. This new break-through in design also makes it easier to clean the coffee maker too. Its simplicity and ease of use along with it being eco-friendly will make it a sure-fire hit with the masses. The smartly designed coffee maker is a perfect example of how the environmental footprint over the product’s life cycle can be reduced.
