Jessica Galsworthy won a design completion at Anglia Ruskin University with her ‘Grow your own dinner’ vegetable box creation. This creation is of the size of a shoe-box and enables you to grow a tiny garden in your own home. This was made while keeping the youngsters in mind. As a student of Westcliff High School for Girls, the students had to design a product for A level graphics, so she thought of making something really useful and you can see the result of her innovating thought process. She is still looking tor avenues to market her product. This shoe-box sized garden is definitely an innovation and when it comes from an 18 year old, we need to give her a standing ovation.
