These flat stainless steel plates are accompanied by Teflon coated grill plates that will let the user cook a variety of things, like burgers, without much difficulty. The grill will make sure that the fat drains out easily and makes its way till the recess that is located at the back. The surface of hot.bloc nicely conceals the induction coil that heats the area instantly. One can make good use of all the utensils that can be used over an induction cook top.

The dials are kept in place with the help of strong magnets.
