Can you give some ideas for decorating children’s bedroom?

I want to design my children’s bedroom myself and for that I want some ideas. Can anyone share some ideas with me for children’s bedroom? I have thought that I will paint it blue and I will paint some Mickey Mouse and other cartoons on the wall for my kids. I have bought some shining stars that I will put on the roof. Can anyone share some more ideas with me for decorating the children’s bedroom.
