Soon the concept of Eco House will turn into a reality! Electronics major sharp has introduced a power conditioner that transforms the batteries of the electric cars as storage accumulators for your nest. The ‘Intelligent Power Conditioner’ works on the principle of power control technology that the company has pioneered over a course of time.
Currently the company is busy mulling the experiments over its latest prodigy. The recent being of the compression of a 8kW of power from an EV traction battery of a Mitsubishi i MiEV sufficient enough to supply power to a normal household.
The ‘Intelligent Power Conditioner’ if successful will stir a wave among the masses considering the recent advent of electric vehicles in a big way. Also, it will suffice the three core elements of an Eco House: Storage batteries, Solar cells, and DC (direct-current) appliances that will in turn mellow down the CO2 levels in the air along with low power consumption.
This comes as a boon, predominantly because if sources are to be believed then it is estimated that by the year 2035, US will experience a 5% increase in CO2 Emissions. But if by that time, even 5% of the US households adopt for an ECO house, this number shall surge downwards to a great extent!
