Panasonic ‘Robotic Bed’ helps elderly/disabled lead an independent life

To flabbergast you all, this time Panasonic has introduced a robotic bed that doesn’t ask you stand up to get out of the bed. Ok, lemme explain! The inventive robotic bed turns into a chair that lets you easily wheel around within the room. Indeed the right pick for the elderly or people with limited mobility to get up without assistance. Also, the canopy is fitted with a TV that plugs into the home network to help you control your home appliances and ensure your home is safe, all while you relax in your bed. This robotic bed is scheduled to be exhibited at the 36th International Home Care & Rehabilitation Exhibition to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 29 to October 1 ’09.
