I love the flavor of roasted garlic in food, but I hate roasting them because of the strong smell that they leave behind and also because the job is tedious. But, ever since I’ve seen this cute little portable garlic roaster I have simply fallen in love with it for the simple reason that it will do all the roasting in even less than 30 minutes, without turning that oven on.
It can roast up to three medium sized garlic bulbs at a go sans any mess and fuss…isn’t that great. Apart from this, the cute shape of garlic makes it all the more attractive and a must have in every kitchen.
