Designed by architect Gerard Colcord, Bel-Air Estate is on the real estate market for sale. The estate built in 1932 is a renovated house which once belonged to actor Bob Newhart, soap star Deidre Hall and Univision’s former CEO Jerry Perenchio. The house was also owned by Colcord and was used as French farmhouse. The property covers an area of about more than half-acre and comprises eight bedrooms and 10 ½ bathrooms. The house also includes a motor court which is lead through a long driveway with a fountain at the front door.

The outdoor amenities are lushed with the manicured lawns and gardens. In addition, there is a dramatic two-story entry which has a weeping staircase, a spacious formal living room with a fireplace, an office/library and a formal dining room with a bay window. A separate entrance leads to a guesthouse, and a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a screening room and pub room adds to its additional attributes. The estate is listed for $12.95 million.
