We have covered many luxury properties on Homeqn, but I must say the Aura Residence is among the best covered till now. The residence is located in Larnaca on the island of Cyprus. The design of the house is inspired by the Kanagawa wave of the famous Japanese artist Hokusai. The chief attribute of this luxurious house is a unique ribbed roof. Other basic amenities of the house include six bedrooms, hammam and media room. The house also features swimming pool with two Jacuzzis, and a yoga platform which makes it an inclusive property to purchase. The luxurious house is listed at €12,500,000.
UPDATE: Andreas Trisveis, the senior architect and one of the three partners of Mobius Design Group, has designed this building after a direct assignment by Modern Building Technology – Cyprus. This villa was represented by the Sotheby’s international property division (Terra international realty). It was launched in the Millionaire’s fair that took place in Moscow in November 2008 where the actual clients of the building (modern building technology MBT CYPRUS) presented their project. Andreas Trisveis designed the stall that housed “The Aura”.
