Ron Arad, a well-known London designer known for his work of Well Tempered chair, has now come up with the new re-interpretation of the original design. Hailed as “Well Transparent chair”, the furniture is a modern look of the original design. The basic architecture being the same, the new look is made in transparent polycarbonate, radically altering the personality of the piece. It consists of bent plastic sheets that have been bolted together under tension. The chair is pretty comfortable and looks visually pleasing to fit your contemporary décor. The Well Transparent Chair in limited edition of 100, is available exclusively from the Timothy Taylor Gallery and at Barbican Art Gallery priced at £5,000.
