Soundfreaq Sound Spot Bluetooth Speaker works just as good as it looks

The Soundfreaq Sound Spot is a Bluetooth speaker unlike any other
in the market at the moment. Sporting a faux bamboo exterior, the wireless
speaker is capable of filling up any room with clear and crisp sound.

The speaker stands at 5 inches wide, 5.25 inches tall and
2.38 inches deep which means that the speaker is a tad bigger than most portable
speakers out in the market at the moment.

At 17.5 oz., the speaker weighs just over a pound though it
definitely feels much lighter than that. A 3.5 mm output at the rear of the system allows virtually
any music player to be connected to the speaker.

For stereo sound, you would
need to connect two of these units to a single player through Aux out though
you cannot get the same functionality when connecting over Bluetooth as the only
setting for wire free connections is mono output.

The equalizer for the speaker system allows users to pick
between a “bright”, “warm” or “flat” sound each of which provides a starkly different
listening experience to the user.

A USB port comes included with the device though we doubt
that it can be charged using a regular tablet as it requires 500mA current. However,
its rechargeable battery can be charged via a regular electrical outlet with
ease and a full charge gives the speaker a playtime of around 7 hours.

The controls for the unit are located on the top though one
has to remember that only the power button is the one that can be pushed.
All the other ones operate via capacitive touch so you only need to tap them
with the pad of your fingertip.

The Soundfreaq Sound Spot Bluetooth Speaker retails for $69 a
pop and would be available in white/wood and black color ways only.
