Aku from She Design studio is not an example in modularity of any kind, but it is an element. It is actually an example of how textile can be used as a sound-absorbing element in interior of any kind, be it offices or even other rooms. When Aku is combined in large numbers it can be used as a lounge area. The cells of the divider can be used for storage and a source of some filtered light too. It also has a foot that can be easily used to sit upon.
