Wine barrels don’t have much use in the wine industry after some time. But, with the hands of craftsman Jorge Gallegos these wine barrels are getting a new and elegant second life. So, all of you who thought that wine barrels could only be used as planters or outdoor benches, then your perception has got to change with this man’s efforts. If my eyes serve me right then the wine barrels have been transformed into one of the most classy home decor items that I have seen in some time. The timber staves of the wine barrels are steamed and reshaped before they are given the form of elegant pieces like candelabras, offering trays and plant stands.
