Solskin created by Hrafnkell Birgisson in collaboration with Sesselja Gudmundsdottir and Adalsteinn Stefansson is solar lamp that has been especially designed to milk the sun light, so that you can light up your house. This lamp stores the light by the window in the day and then in the evening the same sun light can light up your room for at least eight hours. This Eco-friendly light source derives its name from Iceland, as Solskin is the Icelandic word for sunshine. It reminds me so much of the old lantern and definitely brings back the charm of a bygone era.
