Old Piano parts transformed into a chair

tatum lounge
Tatum’s Lounge is an exquisite work from Andrew Rumplera that is made from old piano parts. The salvaged piano part gets a new life in the form of chair. The delicate keys of the piano are recycled into thin and flimsy chair. 25 keys are fastened by 36 hidden mortise, and tenon intersections make up the lounge. The chair is a commendable work by the designer, and also a constructive use of the piano keys. The furniture looks perfect in any décor, and fits any style, however, its delicate look and angels somehow makes it impossible to support a grownup man.
