Decommissioned subway parts transformed into cool things for home

I used to think that the green revolution of the 21st century had gone too far to have touched the limits of monotony. But, I guess I was wrong. As I look at these subway series collection from 718 Made in Brooklyn the only word that comes to my mind is WOW, and why not? With these kind of creations it proves that only your mental blockages can pose a limit to innovation. This collection consists of lighting sculptures, furniture and home decor that has either been recycled from or has taken some sort of inspiration from subway parts. The bench on the top is a light up seat made out of subway sign, which also features an industrial on/off switch. The wall-mounted lanterns below are actually LED lights used by New York City engineers as they make their way through the tunnels.
