Audocron is a Quartz crystal chime clock, which melodiously chimes out the time when you are in a dire need to know it. Created in 1979 by Doug Clark, Wayne Husted and Barry Gamble, the clock chimes out the complete time in a sweet dinner bell sound. The moment you touch it, the clock chimes the time to the minute .i.e first the hours, then the 10’s of minutes, then the minutes. The main function of the Audocron is to automatically chime the hour, half hour with a ding-dong. With each reminder of the time the clock emits a band of light, rendering it a tiny space ship look.
